Petrofac has hailed the start of power generation from a major offshore wind project in Germany.Petrofac, in partnership with Siemens, were awarded the contract in 2014 by German-Dutch transmission grid operator TenneT for engineering, procurement, construction, transport and offshore installation of the platform.
